Actress Dakota Fanning will appear on the cover of the February issue of magazine. He was named Cosmo "CosmopolitanFun Fearless Female of the Year." The little blonde starlet is dressed in a brilliant (and fall) J. Mendel pink dress and smoky eye makeup and I felt very glamorous.

Despite his 17 years, Fanning, who is currently in his first year at the University of New York, a very mature person. "Since I was young, I always knew who I was," the actress told the magazine. "I never really found that I'm going through. I always felt really safe."
